Although taxation issues are a major consideration many of our clients choose to form companies or limited liability partnerships so that there personal assets will not be at risk if problems arise. Not only can we assist with incorporation but also with ongoing administrative issues and protection for owners, shareholders and directors. Even with the benefits of limited liability it is important that all the necessary agreements are in place to ensure that difficulties do not arise in the event of the death or retirement of a key player.
