Tina Burton - Human Resources Manager
Specialist Areas: Administration - Providing support for the Partners and Management Team in all aspects of Human Resource Management including recruitment, retention, employee relations and training and development. LCIPD (Licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Licentiate) qualified.
 
Career History: Started a career in various management roles within the catering industry. Following a period in a training agency Tina was then offered her first Personnel Officer’s role in Manufacturing industry. She has had 9 years experience in Human Resource Management  joining Bridge McFarland in 2003 as their first HR Manager.
 
Personal: Tina works part time & is the mother of 2 young children. She enjoys DIY, gardening and the occasional bottle of fine red wine.
