Career History: Dale joined Bridge McFarland in 1998 as an assistant to the senior Partner at the Louth office. He undertook a Training Contract from 1999 to 2001 and following qualification became an Associate Solicitor in the Non-Contentious Department. Prior to working for Bridge McFarland Dale had worked as a courier for a removal firm, in a petrol station and for the then British Rail. He is an LLB graduate. Since March 2006 Dale has had responsibilities at the firms new Skegness office. On 1st May 2006 he became a partner.
