Jo Day - Associate Solicitor
Specialist Areas: Family Law: Jo has experience of many aspects of family law including divorce, finances, children, domestic violence, separating couples and preparation of agreements (pre-marital, cohabitation, civil partnership etc.).
Career History: On leaving school, Jo initially trained to be an Officer in the Merchant Navy. Jo then decided to re-qualify as a lawyer. Graduated from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside in 1998 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Law & Criminology. After leaving University, Jo completed her Legal Practice Course at York on a part-time basis. Jo qualified as a Solicitor on 1 November 2002 and has been working in Lincoln since then, joining Bridge McFarland in October 2005.

Member of the Lincoln Law Society. Member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.
Personal: Jo likes travelling. She has visited China, Singapore, South Africa and the Ice Hotel in Sweden. She has recently taken up clay shooting and aims to qualify for the Lincolnshire DTL team by 2009.
