Career History: LLB (Hons). Qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and worked in Bristol for two firms as head of family law. Moved to Stoke on Trent in 2000 to head up a family department and establish a mediation practice. Qualified as mediator in 1998, recognised by the Legal Services Commission to mediate in 2001 and accredited by 'Resolution' (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA)) as a mediator in 2001. Moved to Bridge McFarland Lincoln in late 2002 and founded . Professional Practice Consultant (PPC) for mediation since 2005, can supervise and mentor other mediators. Accredited by SFLA in family law in 2004. Peer Reviewer and Senior Panel Member for Legal Services Commission (LSC) in Family Law since 2005.
 
Personal: Enjoys travel and dreaming of far away places.
