Career History: Worked initially as a Secretary then trained as Legal Executive with Bridge McFarland before taking up a position with Cleethorpes Borough Council Chief Executives Department before returning to Bridge McFarland. Spent some time working in another firm of Solicitors dealing with Wills, Probate and Conveyancing. Took sabatical and worked for Local Housing Association dealing with emergency call-out for those with special needs before returning to Bridge McFarland.
 
Personal: Erica likes to be beside the seaside during her holidays - in this country - we have a huge coastline! Her abmition is to make it all the way round the coast of the UK - retirement in 4 years means she may just succeed.
