Grimsby, Hull Office

Administrator/PA Costs

Location: Grimsby, Hull
Salary: DOE

Bridge McFarland Solicitors are recruiting for an Administrator/PA to join the firm, based in the Costs Department.

The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Costs Manager. The duties include typing of correspondence, the organisation of the Cost Manager’s diary and maintaining data spreadsheets.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential for this position together with the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative. Experience of working with Excel spreadsheets is essential.

This role can either be based in the Hull or Grimsby office, although you must hold a full driving licence, have access to a car and be willing to travel between the different offices in the region.

Salary is negotiable and will be dependant on experience.
