Will and LPA written for elderly client recuperating in a residential home

Allison was approached by an elderly client's nephew who was worried about her Will. The client was unable to visit our offices as she was recuperating in a residential home after a fall.

Allison visited the client and reviewed her Will and also discussed powers of attorney as the lady was also worried about paying her bills and getting in a 'muddle' with things.

We wrote a new Will for her and also a Lasting Power of Attorney.  The client was greatly relieved that her worries and concerns had been listened to and things done to calm these worries.  She was also very grateful that she did not have to come into the office and appointments were dealt with by way of visits to the home.

How can I help you?
