Bridge McFarland team walk on fiery coals for children’s charity
“ Supporting local charities and young people in the community is incredibly important to Bridge McFarland and a big part of the firm’s culture. ”

Staff at Bridge McFarland Solicitors have raised nearly £1,200 for local Grimsby charity When You Wish Upon A Star after taking part in a fire walk in Cleethorpes.

Allison Rawling, Joanne Morris and Beth Langley all stepped up to walk over the hot coals at the fire walk event that took place at Cromwell Banqueting Suite on Sunday, raising a fantastic £1,160.

When You Wish Upon a Star grants special wishes to children who are suffering with life threatening illnesses.

Each volunteer had to raise a minimum of £120 in sponsorship and pay a £20 fee to take part.

Allison Rawling, Chartered Legal Executive at Bridge McFarland’s Grimsby office, said: “Supporting local charities and young people in the community is incredibly important to Bridge McFarland and a big part of the firm’s culture. We are delighted to be able to take part in this event and would like to thank everyone who sponsored us and supported When You Wish Upon a Star.”
