Employment Law Update

The Employment Law and Business Immigration Team at Bridge McFarland Solicitors, in conjunction with the CIPD, will provide a topical legal update bringing delegates up to speed with the most important developments of the last six months and looking ahead to important employment law changes. We focus on the essential ‘need to know’ issues, with clear and practical action points to take away.

What is it about?

The areas that will be covered at this update include:
• GDPR – General Data Protection Regulations: a look at the HR implications
• Gender pay gap reporting – the first reports
• Case law update – including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing
