Lincolnshire’s Top Firm for Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Work Revealed

Law firms have been recognised for their Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury work on behalf of claimants in the East Midlands, with Bridge McFarland LLP topping the list of firms with offices in Lincolnshire.

The Legal 500 is a publication accepted as a leading authority for the legal profession, this is due to its impartial reliance on feedback from clients and reviews of closed and ongoing cases to rank law firms and recommend individual solicitors.
Law firms have been recognised for their Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury work on behalf of claimants in the East Midlands, with Bridge McFarland LLP topping the list of firms with offices in Lincolnshire.

Headed by Partner and part-time assistant coroner Ian Sprakes, the Legal 500 describes the firm as “active on a broad range of matters, such as birth injuries, cerebral palsy and human rights claims, general surgery, cancer treatment and GP negligence.

In the personal injury sphere, Kathryn Hudson compliments her niche expertise acting for injured seafarers with experience in amputation and spinal injuries and serious burns. Nicola Evans recently joined from Hudgell Solicitors, and arrives with particular experience in obstetric and gynaecology-related claims.”

Five of the solicitors at Bridge McFarland LLP based in Lincolnshire have been recommended as specialists in their field, with an additional four lawyers being recognised for this work in the Yorkshire & Humber rankings.

A client commented on their experience with Kathryn Hudson, describing her as ‘a stand-out talent. She is a fearless litigator and the client always knows that she will fight for their interests. She has a real depth of experience in catastrophic personal injury, including spinal injury cases and she is an expert in accidents that happen at sea'

Ian Sprakes comments on the ranking results “We are proud; our firm has been raised up a tier since the last Legal 500 publication putting us above any other firm in Lincolnshire for this unique area of law”.

What this demonstrates is our commitment to excellence in the field of personal injury and clinical negligence law, and more importantly, our commitment to ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and outcomes achievable”.

“In 2017 we had 11 recognised lawyers, now we are climbing the tiers and seeing more and more of our colleagues recognised for the fantastic work that they do to support people who have been harmed by poor standards of medical care, accidents & injuries.”
